The product is a result of the many years of experience of people who are actively and professionally connected to alpine skiing.
The special design of our skiing surface minimizes friction and lets you perform ANY SKIING MANEUVER and ski using any skiing technique. SPORTFIX’s skiing surface makes learning possible for the whole year, letting skiers perfect their skills during all seasons.
A team of scientists has prepared the composition of the skiing surface’s material, which is durable, fast and doesn’t damage expensive equipment. The same equipment which is used for skiing on real snow can be used with the skiing surface, except that plastic pegs are put on the tips of ski poles and skiers can shed their unnecessary warm skiing clothing while still enjoying winter sports to their fullest extent.
The SPORTFIX skiing surface is produced in a basic white colour. It has been proven through experiments and observations, that the natural colour of the snow doesn’t cause skiers to make overly protective movements. The surface is installed on top of special white fabric, which has a high weave durability and low water permeability. A very convenient sprinkler system hidden under the fabric moisturizes the slope with a delicate water mist which shoots out at a 90 degree angle in a downhill direction. The white colour prevents the water from quickly evaporating during summer and slows down the snow-melting process during winter. It also helps to create a winter-like atmosphere at skiing resorts.
The wintertime maintenance of ski slopes covered with our surface is regulated by SPORTFIX’s warranty conditions.
The minimum slope angle is 10 degrees and the maximum is 30 degrees (these values may be exceeded on short stretches). Additionally, SPORTFIX helps to create a winter-like atmosphere at sports facilities, at the customer’s request.

Snowboarding and freestyle skiing have been gaining popularity in recent years.
